Mantra at Sydney Airport is the newest addition to the rapidly expanding Mantra Group portfolio, and is set to be one of the business hotels in the Sydney Airport precinct.
We currently have an opportunity for an Assitant Manager. You will overses the day to day operations of the Front Office Team.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our dedicated and successful team at Mantra At Sydney Airport.
With proven leadership, negotiation and influencing skills, the ability to own and resolve issues, you have been recognised as a leader in delivering superior customer service.

To be successful in this role you will:
- A minimum of 2 years experience at AM level
- Be well presented, with an eye for detail and good organisational skills
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure and be a positive management representative of the hotel
- Possess a strong background knowledge in both Front Office and Reservations
- Proven experience supervising and training staff
- Experience in Sihot or similar PMS would be an advantage
